Changes and corrections

• Until and including the foundation meeting, we will charge for each change or later correction of your details an additional fee of CHF 100.00 plus 7.6% VAT.
• If changes or later corrections of your details require another foundation meeting after the initial foundation, we will charge you CHF 700.00 plus 7.6% VAT.
  

Special requests, fiduciary management, domicile services

• Fiduciary management, yearly basic charge of CHF 3'000.00 plus 7.6% VAT
• Extraordinary expenses in connection with the company management will be charged according to time
• Domicile services CHF 2'000.00 a year plus 7.6% VAT

• Creation of domicile and head office (also for persons living abroad)

Execution and payment

• We will process your foundation within one working day.
• All prices are excluding 7.6% VAT. You pay securely and expense free at the foundation of your company.
